Tanya specializes in the defense of product liability and toxic tort matters across the country. For more than 15 years, Tanya has represented and advised clients nationally in challenging high-exposure litigation matters. Tanya has litigated and appeared in hundreds of state and federal courts throughout the United States, including at the appellate level in Texas. Additionally, Tanya has litigated in arbitrations, bench trials, and administrative proceedings. She is a well-rounded litigator who has gained recognition from her clients for her creative defense strategies and ability to turn complex issues into simple ones. Tanya is also proficient in German.

Throughout her career, Tanya has fervently defended against wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury claims alleging defects in the design, manufacture, and marketing of a variety of products. Her cases have involved complex components and systems including electronics/software/hardware, airbags, occupant restraints, seat backs, cargo retention, unintended acceleration, and overall vehicle crashworthiness. She has also defended auto manufacturers in cases involving products subject to national recall campaigns. Tanya has defended national clients in asbestos, mold, and other alleged toxic chemical and gas exposure matters.
