Susan focuses her practice on the representation of large institutional lenders, investment banks, private equity funds and other real estate lending companies in the origination, refinancing, securitization, workout and restructuring of first mortgage debt, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, and other structured finance products. She also has represented such lenders in connection with the purchase and sale of mortgage and mezzanine loans, note sales, and the sale of participation interests.
Additionally, Susan has broad experience in other areas of commercial real estate, including the representation of clients in the acquisition and disposition of office buildings, hotels, shopping centers and other real estate projects, and the representation of both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters.
