  • Led in-house legal efforts related to multiple federal receiverships, each of which involved dozens of multifamily properties securing CMBS loans obtained by the sponsor pursuant to fraud.
  • Worked on multifamily foreclosures, receiverships, REO sales, and mortgage-litigation in jurisdictions across the United States related to loans secured by Class A/B apartments, student housing, and affordable housing.
  • Represented financial institution regarding the master servicing of performing and distressed loans in its multi-billion-dollar CMBS portfolio.
  • Represented GSE in thousands of borrower-consent transactions related to multifamily loans, including transfers of ownership, partial releases, commercial leases, condemnations, property alterations, and easements.
