Rick is a certified Relativity Master with experience in all areas of e-discovery, ranging from initial ECA and culling coordination and management of document review activities to complex search term negotiation and offensive discovery efforts. With significant experience in technology-assisted review, generative AI review tools, and mobile data management, Rick assists with the development of tailored e-discovery strategies across a diverse array of matters including antitrust, healthcare litigation, pharmaceutical product litigation, and government investigations. While also helping to oversee Encompass operations, he leads a team of licensed discovery counsel who manage hundreds of active matters across Encompass.

Prior to joining the Encompass team, Rick was an extern law clerk in the Federal Magistrate Court, District of Delaware, where he worked on matters including discrimination suits, contract litigation, and complex patent claims.
