  • Represented taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service with regard to estate and gift tax return audits
  • Involved in numerous estate and trust litigation matters, including without limitation, actions based on undue influence, lack of capacity,  tortious interference with an inheritance and breach of fiduciary duty
  • Regularly handles sophisticated tax planning and transactions including intra–family wealth planning, business succession, and asset protection
