  • Member of the team that obtained dismissal for medical device company on federal preemption under Riegel and Ohio Product Liability Act abrogation in a case involving alleged breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL) from silicone gel breast implants.
  • Member of the team that won motion to disqualify in post-conviction relief matter.
