  • Advised a major Korean electric vehicle battery manufacturing company on its $2.5 billion investment in the United States, which was given the “Deal of the Year” award deal in 2023 from the Georgia Economic Developers Association.
  • Advised a Korean automotive semiconductor company on the sale of their shares to a leading semiconductor supplier of smart, connected, and secure embedded control solutions.
  • Advised an international venture capital and private equity fund management firm based in Seoul, Korea, on its purchase of controlling stake in a Korean luxury vinyl tile flooring company at $336 million from a global leading alternative asset management firm.
  • Advised a Korean venture capital and private equity company on its investment in a generative AI start-up company.
