Nick focuses his practice on e-discovery and litigation readiness, information governance, records management, and commercial litigation. He has broad experience managing the discovery process and regularly supports litigation teams in handling complex issues related to the preservation, collection, search, and production of electronically stored information. His work includes developing discovery response strategies, guiding search and review workflows, and resolving e-discovery challenges. Nick also works with clients on the design and implementation of defensible records retention policies and data disposal programs. His experience spans government investigations and subpoenas, single-plaintiff matters, and complex multi-district litigation.

Prior to joining Nelson Mullins, Nick focused his practice on labor and employment litigation, representing individuals and small businesses in a range of workplace disputes in state and federal courts.
