  • Representation of sponsor developer in the acquisition, development, and construction financing for a 202-unit multifamily development in North Carolina.
  • Representation of sponsor in tenancy-in-common recapitalization and related loan modification for a multifamily and mixed use project in Atlanta, Georgia.
  • Representation of institutional investor in infusing preferred equity into an under-construction multifamily development in Orlando, Florida.
