Melissa also litigates complex commercial and consumer claims, including those involving misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, breach of restrictive covenants (non-compete and non-solicitation), defamation, tortious interference, and claims asserted under Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA).
