Both groups focus on large-scale public and private development and infrastructure projects, from start to finish, commencing with procurement and contracting, to project implementation, and if necessary, dispute resolution. Megan is involved in all facets of project delivery for both groups.

- Assists public and private higher-education clients with campus development and capital improvement projects, including student housing initiatives delivered through public-private partnerships and federally funded academic and research facilities.
- Assisted public entities on complex infrastructure and public-private partnership projects, including a waste-to-energy P3 project with an estimated total project value in excess of $850 million, advising on procurement documentation, statutory compliance, contracting structure, and negotiation of key project agreements.
- Supports public-sector and affiliated real estate entities with planning, procurement, and contracting for significant capital and public works projects, including public safety, athletic, administrative, and regional governmental facilities.
- Assisted private developers and industrial clients on large-scale commercial and manufacturing projects, including a commercial and industrial construction project exceeding $100 million in construction value, advising on construction contracting, performance and scheduling issues, and risk allocation during active construction and post-completion.
