Using her natural ability for consensus building, she regularly represents developers, property owners, and lenders, assisting them with contract negotiations and due diligence, and has experience in a wide variety of commercial real estate matters and business matters. Lindsay is also active in the Charleston community and currently serves as chairwoman of the Board of Architectural Review – Small for the City of Charleston.

- Represented banks, financial institutions and other companies with commercial lending matters, including real estate secured and asset based loans and loan modifications.
- Represented small business owners and advises on various aspects of corporate governance and general contract matters.
- Acted as South Carolina counsel to out–of–state borrowers and financial institutions for assistance with South Carolina legal issues and provision of legal opinions under South Carolina law.
