Laura Huff

Laura manages complex e-discovery matters through the full EDRM lifecycle, including information governance, preservation, collection, processing, training, review, quality control, production, deposition, and trial preparation.  She advises clients with enterprise level initiatives including creating and implementing policies and procedures in furtherance of effective records management and information governance.  She also counsels clients with the specific... considerations in implementation of data use and management, retention, preservation, and collaborative platforms including the various components of Microsoft 365.  

Previously, as a member of the Encompass Project Management team, Laura had extensive experience managing and executing large teams of remote and onsite teams of contract document reviewers, associate, and of-counsel attorneys for multi-million document and dollar reviews including review and analysis of responsiveness, privilege, redactions, issue tagging, metadata, and privilege logs. She effectively maintained large databases of documents to assist with case management, document production, and case and client strategy. She has managed e-discovery processes for clients in an MDL where damages claimed were in the billions, including supervision of teams of hundreds of document reviewers.
