Justin is a seasoned appellate attorney with an extensive background in complex litigation and a distinguished record of public service. He most recently served as Deputy Solicitor General in the Georgia Attorney General’s Office, where he represented the state in major appellate matters, including briefing cases in the U.S. Supreme Court and arguing cases in the Eleventh Circuit and Georgia Supreme Court. Justin brings experience from top law firms where he handled a wide range of litigation matters, conducted investigations, and managed large-scale discovery efforts. Justin’s legal career began with the Federal Bureau of Prisons through the U.S. Attorney General’s Honors Program.

Justin is a U.S. Air Force veteran who is also an adjunct professor at The George Washington University Law School, where he teaches students competing in the school’s constitutional law moot court.
