Josh focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, regulation and enforcement, and corporate governance. Josh represents public and private companies, directors, and officers in class action and derivative lawsuits and represents special litigation committees as well as companies and individuals involved in U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) informal and formal enforcement proceedings.
He has won successful outcomes for companies and executives through high-stakes litigation and regulatory proceedings and guided many businesses through corporate governance disputes and investigations. In disputes that could not be resolved without litigation, Josh has won numerous victories inside and outside of courtrooms, including triumphs in civil court, arbitration hearings, and appeals.
Over the course of his career, Josh has successfully obtained injunctive relief to protect corporate business interests. He also regularly represents companies and individuals in general litigation matters including contract disputes and fraud cases.
