Jeffrey Wald focuses his practice on appeals and advanced motions, product liability defense, and cases involving the government, including criminal defense and constitutional litigation. He has personally tried at least a dozen court or jury trials and has extensive experience making or responding to complex pre-trial motions. He has handled over 50 appeals, served as counsel to amicus curiae in several different cases involving novel statutory or constitutional interpretation, and often advises trial counsel on appellate law and strategy.
