Representative Matters

  • Handled over 50 appeals before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and Minnesota Supreme Court.
  • Represented an independent organization of elected county attorneys as amicus counsel before the Minnesota Supreme Court in several cases, including a Second Amendment challenge to Minnesota’s gun-permitting scheme.
  • Filed an amicus brief in the Minnesota Supreme Court on behalf of an elected county attorney in a voting rights case.
  • As a part of legal teams, has represented manufacturers of chemicals and hygiene products, automobiles, off road vehicles, medical devices, and renewable energy solutions in litigation involving catastrophic personal injury, products liability, premises liability, warranty, and breach of contract.
