She has extensive experience counseling business teams on new OEM products and services for customers and dealers, including the structuring, contracting and operation of EV charging infrastructure initiatives. Throughout her time at Toyota, she led a variety of commercial matters, including enterprise supply contracts, technology licensing agreements, and dealer program arrangements.
Prior to her time at Toyota, Jan practiced at several international law firms, handling a wide range of complex technology licensing and outsourcing matters for established and emerging companies in the hospitality, entertainment, and software industries, among others.
