Harrison focuses his practice on debt finance and real estate capital markets transactions where he regularly advises clients on the structuring, negotiation, and closing of complex real estate financing transactions, including CMBS, bridge, construction, and mezzanine financings secured by a variety of property types including multifamily, hotels, office, retail, and self-storage. His clients include national CMBS lenders, debt funds, commercial banks, and other financial institutions. In addition to his origination practice, Harrison advises clients on a broad range of post-closing matters, including loan servicing, loan modifications, whole loan sales, table funding arrangements, and other issues arising in the securitization of commercial real estate loans. Harrison also represents major banks as warehouse lender under master repurchase credit facilities, including negotiation of facility documents, asset onboarding, loan sale issues, and negotiation of participation and co-lender agreements.
