  • Knowledgeable about the various forms of COVID pandemic-related employer relief, including but not limited to FFCRA paid leave, Employee Retention Credits, PPP loan forgiveness, and ARP COBRA subsidies
  • Advised clients regarding compliance with day-to-day issues arising under the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and state and local law
  • Drafted and revised plan documents, grant agreements, ancillary materials, and SPDs
  • Handled self-corrections for tax-qualified plans and Code Section 409A deferred compensation arrangements under IRS and DOL programs
