He has developed a strong working knowledge in technical fields while preparing, deposing, and cross-examining expert witnesses related to accident reconstruction, biomechanics, forensic pathology, automotive design, and neuropsychology.

Fred has also provided counsel in business and commercial litigation matters, defending clients in medical device, personal injury, warranty, and breach of contract disputes.  He has advised on matters around the country and has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts.  He has also litigated cases involving toxic torts.
