He currently handles a large docket of automotive product liability cases in numerous states.  Fred has served as trial counsel in multiple catastrophic exposure cases and has tried numerous cases in many plaintiff-friendly jurisdictions in Texas and other states.

Fred has litigated cases involving a full range of automotive technologies including airbags, seats, seat belts, doors and door latches, vehicle roofs, and window glazing. He has developed a strong working knowledge in technical fields while preparing, deposing, and cross-examining expert witnesses related to accident reconstruction, biomechanics, forensic pathology, automotive design, and neuropsychology.

Fred has also provided counsel in business and commercial litigation matters, defending clients in medical device, personal injury, warranty, and breach of contract disputes.  He has advised on matters around the country and has tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts.  He has also litigated cases involving toxic torts.
