  • Represented Fortune 500 companies in securities class action litigation.
  • Secured summary judgment in product liability action in the Northern District of Georgia after fully drafting defense briefs.
  • Negotiated favorable settlements on behalf of clients in high stakes product liability and commercial dispute actions in state and federal court.
  • Represented pro bono appellant in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals resulting in an opinion celebrated as expanding access to justice for pre-trial detainees. 
  • Advised Fortune 500 company in SEC investigation.
