  • Motion for summary judgment for insurer on coverage, breach of contract, and bad faith claims relating to roof collapse. 
  • Advised, with the assistance of outside counsel, the tax implications of debt transactions. 
  • Advised foreign owned bank on compliance with federal regulations for the change of a senior officer. 
  • Defended motion to dismiss from an excess insurer against whom insurer asserted a right of contribution.
  • Defended motor carrier and its driver against wrongful death and other related claims.
