Danielle focuses her practice on advanced motions and appeals in business and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on products liability defense. She authors motions and supports trial teams through legal research focused on appellate strategy development and issue preservation. Her experience includes supporting teams defending leading automotive and industrial manufacturers against personal injury, breach of warranty, and consumer fraud claims.

Danielle recently completed a one-year clerkship with Justice Melissa A. Long of the Rhode Island Supreme Court, where she gained substantial research and writing experience, along with valuable insight into appeals processes and strategies. She brings those insights, perspectives, and experiences to her practice through continuing work on advanced motions and appellate strategy development.
