  • Represented buyer of a 175,000 square foot historic building in Portland, Oregon in excess of $53 million

  • Represented developer in connection with ground lease and property exchange with the City of Houston for development of a mixed use office, retail and multifamily development and public park in Greenway Plaza, Houston

  • Represented buyer of a 10,897 acre industrial park adjacent to Baytown, Texas, comprised of approximately 10,600 acres of unimproved land, a 300,000 square-foot rail-served warehouse on approximately 18 acres of land, and approximately 56 miles of rail and associated storage yards, switches and appurtenances

  • Represented seller of a multifamily property portfolio located in Adelphi, Maryland in excess of $89 million

  • Represented buyer of an office campus totaling 259,019 square feet in Alameda, California in excess of $49 million

  • Represented buyer of an 83,000 acre ranch in the San Luis Valley, Colorado, structured as a reverse 1031 exchange and acquisition financing in excess of $47 million
