Experience

  • Handles a range of complex business litigation matters with primary focus on state and local tax (“SALT”) litigation matters, including property tax, sales and use tax, and corporate income tax. In the corporate income tax arena, she regularly handles matters involving forced combination, apportionment and sourcing issues.
  • Regularly appears in both state and federal courts and has tried cases to verdict in state court, federal court and the SC administrative law court.
  • Has handled post-trial motions and appeals in both state and federal courts and is also experienced with alternative dispute resolution methods, including arbitrations and mediations.
