Alissa Watson

Alissa focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and business disputes. She has experience with mass action and multi-claim litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution. Her legal practice includes the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts in numerous jurisdictions throughout the United States.

Alissa is experienced in pre-trial and... post-judgment aspects of litigation, from conducting discovery and preparing for trial to collection of judgments and initiating appellate litigation.
