  • Represents hospitals and municipalities owning hospitals in the sale, lease, or other conveyance of the hospitals in a variety of innovative business transactions
  • Represents physician groups, both single–specialty and multi–specialty, as general counsel
  • Has served as legal counsel to large physician groups dealing with practice management divestitures, corporate practice, contracts, and related issues
  • Has frontline experience in several healthcare fraud investigations and settlement negotiations with Medicare Administrative Contractors, CMS, and the Medicaid program
  • Has represented several North Carolina municipalities in the reorganization of their hospitals
