- Obtained a decision for an automotive manufacturer in a dealer relocation case that declared Illinois franchise law unconstitutional
- Obtained a decision for an automotive manufacturer in a dealer termination citing grounds of racially inflammatory customer treatment
- Served as legal advisor for distribution of automobiles in 10 Asia–Pacific countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Borneo, Australia, and New Zealand). Negotiated and drafted vehicle supply, CKD assembly, and distribution agreements on behalf of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand
- Performs legal review of sales and marketing policies, contest and incentive programs, advertising guidelines, and reimbursement and distribution strategies for motor vehicle manufacturers
- Manages breach of warranty litigation team defending lemon law litigation in North America for a supercar automotive manufacturer
- Represents motor vehicle manufacturers before the California New Motor Vehicle Board in administrative protests involving termination, warranty reimbursement, facility and other market representation issues
- Drafted and structured agreements involving entry–ticket liability, import/export compliance, and distribution issues for first–time distribution in the U.S. market, including establishment of guidelines for sharing product and warranty liability between manufacturers on a co–developed subcompact passenger car
- Negotiated contracts for projects involving major strategic alliances and cooperation between automotive manufacturers, including for electric vehicle distribution
