  • Involved in many complex real estate acquisitions and development deals, including air rights developments.
  • Regularly serves as North Carolina counsel to many out-of-state developers, lenders, and real estate funds.
  • Serves as lead partner for the oversight and closing of real estate secured loans and mezzanine loans secured by office, multi-family, retail, warehouse, hospitality, mixed-use, institutions, and healthcare properties.
  • Routinely represents institutions selling, purchasing, managing, and servicing real estate, whole loans, and A/B notes.
