His practice focuses on leveraging advanced legal technologies to deliver strategic solutions in ediscovery, litigation readiness, and information governance. Jarrett advises clients on complex discovery challenges, including the integration of innovative tools into discovery workflows, defensible data collection from both traditional and non-traditional data sources, negotiating nuanced protective orders and ESI protocols, challenging overbroad discovery requests, and defending motions to compel.

With substantial experience representing clients in highly regulated industries—including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, insurance, energy, and manufacturing—Jarrett brings a deep understanding of data strategy to high-stakes litigation.
