Experience

  • Has experience in the defense of brokerage firms and institutions against multimillion-dollar claims asserted by customers in state and federal court and in FINRA arbitration proceedings. In this context, has played key roles on litigation teams that have obtained: dismissals of state claims with prejudice; defense verdicts; and vacatur of an arbitration award
  • Has defended multimillion-dollar class actions filed in California and Florida. In a class action lawsuit under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, led a team of 80-plus attorneys in targeted e-discovery and was part of the litigation team that defeated class certification
  • Defends ADA cases and assists clients in ADA compliance matters 
  • Works closely with general counsel and co-counsel throughout the country in the management and organization of complex multi-jurisdictional litigation
