- Works with a team serving as national coordinating counsel for a major chemical, oil and gas company in asbestos litigation.
- Worked with in–house counsel for a major lending institution, gaining experience managing cases from the company perspective
- Litigation and client projects addressing specific financial services issues, including the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, mortgage foreclosures and claims related to loan origination and servicing practices
- Litigation and trial preparation for product liability and toxic tort cases, including assisting with a multi–jurisdictional toxic tort matter for a large chemical manufacturer
- Experience with electronic discovery and information management issues for clients, including development of defensible strategies for the preservation, collection, and production of electronically stored information
- Familiarity with insurance coverage issues
- Experience with employment litigation and internal investigations
