- Has experience with retail distribution networks and has represented petroleum marketers
- Began practicing law in Tallahassee in 1993, focusing his practice on representing clients before state executive branch and cabinet–level agencies in Florida
- Has represented clients before the Division of Administrative Hearings and state and federal courts on matters including rule challenges, bid protests, regulatory enforcement, environmental liability, price gouging, insurance coverage, advertising, and licensure issues
