  • Regularly represents national and regional retailers and restaurant operating companies in leasing transactions throughout the Southeast and nationally in connection with future store growth and expansion
  • Represents sponsorship groups and investors in acquiring "value-add" and other investment properties and all aspects of property portfolio management, leasing, financing and disposition

Representative Transactions

  • Completed more than 100 purchase and ground lease transactions throughout the United States for a national fast-food restaurant company
  • Represents various regional and national retail developers, owners and investors in all aspects of portfolio management, including land acquisition, lease-up, financing and disposition of properties
  • Represented an equity sponsorship group in the acquisition of two distressed retail centers located in Atlanta, Georgia, involving the restructuring and assumption of existing debt on the properties
  • Represents special loan servicers and court-appointed receivers in the leasing and management of retail properties located throughout the United States
  • Represents regional tire and automotive repair retailer in lease transactions for the development of new retail store locations
  • Handled a $766 million sale of a business division for a Fortune 100 company involving the conveyance and disposition of 70 properties located in 36 states and Canada
