    • Has represented management in employment lawsuits including race, sex, age, disability, harassment, retaliation, and other discrimination claims; enforcement of non-compete, non-solicitation, trade secret, and confidentiality covenants; wage and hour disputes; and other matters
    • Has assisted businesses with employment issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset purchase agreements, and other corporate transactions
    • Has counseled employers in connection with hiring, discipline, terminations, wage payment practices, employee training, personnel policies, internal investigations, state and federal recordkeeping and reporting requirements, and strategies for the prevention of employee lawsuits
  • White Collar Defense & Government Investigations
    • Has represented a large healthcare corporation in a False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute investigation involving the United States Department of Justice
    • Has represented a large public university in a complex ethics and compliance internal investigation spanning multiple years, multiple university offices, and dozens of university employees and officials.
    • Has represented various manufacturing, finance, and financial technology companies defending subpoenas and civil investigative demands before federal and state law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
    • Represented a private university on an internal investigation involving a highly sensitive faculty termination and related grievance procedure.
