DIRECTIONS

From the South:

I-95 North to Palmetto Park Road, west to Military Trail.  

North on Military Trail.

Just past the Glades Road overpass, turn left onto NW Corporate Boulevard.  

Proceed to the third entrance on the right, Lynn Financial Center, 1905 NW Corporate Boulevard.

From the North:

I-95 South to Spanish River Boulevard, west to Military Trail.  

South on Military Trail.  

After the signal light at Butts Road, turn right onto NW Corporate Boulevard.  

Proceed to the third entrance on the right, Lynn Financial Center, 1905 NW Corporate Boulevard.

To access the building: 

Press the call button at entrance to the building.

Provide your name and the name of the person you are meeting at Nelson Mullins Broad and Cassel.

Access inside the building will be granted.

The property manager will notify Nelson Mullins that a visitor(s) has arrived.

Elevator access will be granted by a property manager or someone from Nelson Mullins.

Between 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm and after 4:30 p.m., visitor(s) will need to call reception at 561-483-7000 and Nelson Mullins will meet visitor and grant access, as the property manager is not available during these times.

All vendor deliveries must be made on the west side of the building.  Call box is available and same directions apply.
