LOS ANGELES -- Benchmark Litigation has named Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP partners Ryan E. Cosgrove, Jahmy Graham and Barry J. Koopmann  to its 2022 40 & Under Hot List.

Cosgrove is a partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. Koopmann is a partner in the Firm’s Minneapolis office. He is a trial lawyer who defends product manufacturers in high-stakes litigation nationwide. He has served as national coordinating counsel in high-profile medical device trials and appeals. Koopmann serves on the national expert team in one of the largest multidistrict litigations in history, identifying and developing experts, preparing experts for depositions and trials, and defending and taking expert depositions.
