ATLANTA – Atlanta Magazine recently recognized Office Managing Partner Michael Hollingsworth and Partner Amy Cheng among Atlanta’s most powerful people in its 2024 Atlanta 500 issue.

Michael Hollingsworth is co-head of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group and its Investment Management Group. He focuses on middle-market corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. Amy Cheng is an experienced litigator who represents individuals, companies, and higher education institutions in the full range of labor and employment, business litigation, white collar defense, and government investigations matters. Amy regularly defends individuals or companies and conducts complex and high-stakes internal investigations.
