Team Represents Pexco in Purchase of American Extruded Plastics
A deal team of Atlanta partner Brian Galison and associates Rebekah McCorvey and Sakia DeLaney represented Pexco LLC in its acquisition of American Extruded Plastics, Inc. and American Injection Molding, Inc., leaders in plastic extrusion and injection molding for over 35 and 25 years, respectively. The deal team was assisted by associate Mollie Davis (corporate), partner Sue Stoffer (benefits), associate Sara Swerdloff (real estate), partner Paul Cox (tax), analyst Victor Olofin (corporate), and of counsel Tom Bardo (regulatory). The purchase of AEP-AIM represents Pexco’s fourth acquisition under its new ownership by AEA Investors, a global private equity group.
