Securities Team Files Two IPOs With SEC Worth $200 Million

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Deal teams led by Andy Tucker filed two initial public offerings (IPOs) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). D.C. partner Angela Hart-Edwards and associates Sydney Hamer, Kaylen Loflin, and Zalak Raval joined Tucker in the filings. The teams represented Liberty Resources Acquisition Corp. and Arogo Capital Acquisition Corp.

Representing Liberty Resources Acquisition Corp., Tucker, Hart-Edwards, Hamer, and Raval advised the special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) and filed with the SEC for a $100 million IPO. Liberty Resources Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company that focuses on the oil and gas sectors.

Representing Arogo Capital Acquisition Corp., Tucker, Loflin, and Raval advised the SPAC and filed with the SEC for a $100 million IPO. Arogo Capital Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company focused on the smart mobility industry.

Of the seven SPAC IPOs filed last week, Nelson Mullins advised on two.
