Rusty Melges Graduates from ULI 2025 Leadership Institute Cohort
On Aug. 20, Boca Raton partner Rusty Melges graduated from the Urban Land Institute’s Leadership Program—a real estate-focused leadership program dedicated to developing South Florida’s emerging land use and real estate leaders. The 2025 graduating class is comprised of 34 industry leaders from throughout South Florida. In addition to attending eight full-day seminars, the class was divided into five teams, each tasked with delivering pro bono advisory services through Leadership Projects—collaborative efforts aimed at solving real-world land use and real estate challenges faced by local public entities and nonprofit organizations.
