BOSTON – Nelson Mullins has expanded its Boston office corporate group with the addition of Robert Yamartino, who joins the firm as of counsel. He joins two partners who recently moved to the firm with practices also focused in corporate and real estate matters: John Balboni and Matthew Lane.  

Yamartino’s clients include institutional, private equity, developer, and REIT clients in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, and leasing matters. He represents property owners, purchasers, borrowers, developers, and investors in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of office, industrial, retail, hospitality, multi-family residential, and biomedical facilities. He also represents both institutional investors and operating partners in joint venture transactions.
