ORLANDO — Robert Alfert, a partner in the Orlando office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, was recognized in the inaugural edition of The Florida Construction Power 100, a list published by City & State Florida. This list recognizes 100 key construction leaders, attorneys, advocates, and elected officials. Alfert was ranked No. 48. He is among a dozen attorneys recognized. There were over 200 nominees considered for this list.
Alfert, who has been practicing law for the better part of three decades, is a Florida Bar Board Certified Attorney in Construction Law and an experienced Construction Arbitrator. He concentrates his practice in construction law and litigation, infrastructure, and transportation, including public-private partnerships (P3). In 2022, Alfert and the Firm's Infrastructure and P3 group were involved in over $12 billion in major infrastructure and construction project transactions across the country, including the iconic Orlando International Airport Terminal C, which opened last September.
