Nelson Mullins partner Rebecca Rodriguez has been selected as an honoree for South Florida Business & Wealth’s 2022 Legal Awards. 

The Legal Awards is a prestigious annual event created by South Florida Business & Wealth (SFBW) magazine to acknowledge attorneys whose dedication to their firms, clients and communities deserves particular acclaim. The Legal Awards honors lawyers and legal staffers in a variety of leadership roles and sectors, representing Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. 

Rebecca is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar and has substantial experience in real estate disputes concerning secured financing. Rebecca’s practice focuses on state and federal litigation, appeals, and regulatory compliance matters for corporate clients, financial institutions, and government entities. These regulatory compliance matters include issues related to consumer financial services and defending clients against claims arising under federal lending and banking regulations, state unfair and deceptive acts (UDAP) statutes, and other consumer lending and protection statutes and regulations.

The winners in each category will be honored at a live awards ceremony on November 30, 2022. In addition, all honorees will be featured in an upcoming issue of SFBW magazine.
