NASHVILLE—Partner Shane Ramsey has been selected to serve on the Strafford bankruptcy law webinar advisory board. Ramsey will work closely with Strafford’s staff attorneys and accountants to develop highly-focused, timely, and content-rich continuing legal education and continuing professional education webinars.

Ramsey is the vice chair of the firm's bankruptcy and financial restructuring practice group. He regularly represents committees of unsecured creditors, indenture trustees, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, bondholders, noteholders, liquidation trustees, plan administrators, disbursing agents, and other entities in bankruptcy reorganizations, liquidation proceedings, and bankruptcy related litigation. Ramsey is a certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification.
