ATLANTA — Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP partner Howard Hirsch was awarded a 2023 Outstanding Service Award at the 2023 Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA) Vision and Due Diligence Symposium. The award was given to individuals who showed outstanding service and visionary leadership in the portfolio diversifying investments industry, IPA said in its announcement following the awards ceremony.
Hirsch has 25 years of experience in public and private securities offerings for REITs and other real estate companies, 1934 Act reporting, corporate and securities compliance issues, corporate governance matters, employment matters and litigation related matters. He also has experience counseling executive teams and public company boards of directors and their committees. He has worked with investment management firms and worked on offerings for several private equity firms. Hirsch recently joined Nelson Mullins in July with the firm's Atlanta office.
