FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Nelson Mullins partner Nina Welch has been selected as an On the Rise honoree for the Daily Business Review’s annual Florida Legal Awards.

Welch represents clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. She has experience handling a variety of business disputes and healthcare related disputes, including breach of contract, enforcement of restrictive covenants, class actions, claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder disputes, professional malpractice, consumer claims, and managed care and payor-provider disputes.
