Nelson Mullins Team Represents Womack Machine Supply Company in Sale to Platte River Equity
ATLANTA — A Nelson Mullins M&A team of Rhys Wilson, Rebekah McCorvey, Chip Gray, Caambridge Horton, and Jeff Hendricks advised Womack Machine Supply Company in its acquisition by Platte River Equity. This acquisition will allow Womack to expand its services to customers and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Womack, founded in 1953, is a distributor and solutions provider for hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation control systems. Platte River is a private equity firm that makes investments in North American industrial companies. Read the press release here.
