Nelson Mullins represented Trella Health, a healthcare growth insights and data analytics platform, in a funding round led by Cressey & Company, LP, a private investment firm focused on building leading healthcare services and information technology businesses, and with participation from Trella’s current lead investor, Panoramic Ventures (previously BIP Capital), a venture capital firm that targets the Southeast and Midwest and places a focus on diverse founders and university startups.

Trella provides healthcare organizations with market intelligence for growth and performance improvement. The company is experiencing significant growth, having doubled its annual recurring revenue and increased its team by 40% since early 2020. With this new funding round, Trella Health seeks to double in size by hiring for several mid-management and entry level positions in its Atlanta and Philadelphia offices.
