Nelson Mullins Team Represents recteq in Equity Partnership Deal with Norwest Equity Partners
Nelson Mullins represented recteq, a manufacturer of pellet grills, in its equity partnership with Norwest Equity Partners (NEP), a middle-market investment firm.
The company, which produces outdoor cookers fueled by wood pellets, has had strong brand awareness and is well-positioned for continued growth. recteq grills have a reputation of providing more consistent cooking temperatures and improved air flow than more conventional charcoal or gas grills. The partnership with NEP will support recteq’s growth objectives.
The Nelson Mullins team representing recteq in the transaction included Atlanta partners Michael Hollingsworth and Katelyn Fredericks.
